- After payment, if we fail to deliver the promised service within the agreed timeframe due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a refund.
- All refunds are processed only after deducting applicable government fees/charges.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team. We will investigate the reason. If the fault is ours, a refund (net of government charges) will be issued. Otherwise, no refund will apply.
- Refunds require complete submission of all mandatory documents. No refund will be granted if: required documents are missing, ineligible lower-tier service is requested, or documents/address fail government verification.
- We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) — including natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest, etc. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to reduce impact and keep you updated.

Refund Process
- Submit your refund request by email within 7 days of the issue. Include your full name, contact details, reference/order number, and a clear description of the problem.
- We will review your claim and respond within 7 working days. We may request additional information if needed.
- If approved, the refund (after government deductions) will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
- If declined, we will provide clear reasons. You may request a re-evaluation by replying to the same email thread.
